Spot On Pet Care - Terms & Conditions
1. Liability Policies:

Spot On Pet Care and its employees agree to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Spot On Pet Care or its employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Spot On Pet Care. The client agrees to notify Spot On Pet Care of any concerns within 24 hours of returning home.

Spot On Pet Care cannot be responsible for pets that bite, suffer an accidental death or escape from faulty fencing or from inside the home due to faulty screens, doors, etc.

Spot On Pet Care cannot be responsible for any complications pets may suffer or the actions of pets while they are unattended.

Spot On Pet Care or its employees shall not be held responsible for the loss, injury, death, or actions of any pet that the client has let outside or has instructed Spot On Pet Care to allow outside while the sitter is not there. This includes pets with doggie doors and outdoor pets.

The client understands that all pets (where appropriate) must have a veterinarian and must be up to date on vaccinations.

The client agrees to reimburse Spot On Pet Care for all costs (including, but not limited to, medical care and lost wages) associated with contracting any ailments while exposed to pet(s).

All pets with electronic fences must wear their collars with fresh batteries. Spot On Pet Care is not responsible for any animals that get out or inside of the perimeter.

Spot On Pet Care will not sit for acutely ill animals or those with uncontrolled medical conditions. We suggest the pet be boarded by a vet.

Spot On Pet Care does not accept aggressive animals. The client agrees to be responsible for all costs (including, but not limited to, medical care, attorney fees, etc) if the client’s pet should bite another person or animal.

Spot On Pet Care will not walk unruly or untrained dogs or dogs that choke themselves on their leash. All pets will be walked on a leash unless the owner agrees no leash is required.

Spot On Pet Care does not diagnose, prognosis, or make therapy decisions, nor does it offer veterinary services. Any veterinary/medical concerns will be referred to a veterinarian.

The client authorizes Spot On Pet Care to obtain the services of a locksmith should a key/garage opener malfunction. The client is responsible for all charges.

The client is responsible for making arrangements for snow removal. Visits may not be made in snow-covered driveways and/or walkways because of safety concerns.

Job sharing is not covered by our insurance. We cannot be responsible for your pet or home if another service provider enters your property while we are not there.

The client understands and agrees that their dogs will be boarded with other dogs.
2. Deposits/Payments:

A deposit is required to secure any Spot On Pet Care service. Deposits are worked out at £50 per week booked, with a minimum deposit of £50, or where the service costs are lower than the minimum deposit amount, full payment is required. All deposits are non-refundable. Full payment for any service booked with Spot On Pet Care will be required no less than 4 weeks prior to the first day any service is due to commence.
3. Business

Hours: Business hours fall between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and services are usually completed during this time unless we are behind schedule. Spot On Pet Care will not accept time-specific visits, as we cannot guarantee specific times accurately. A three-hour window is acceptable.
4. Emergencies:

The client agrees to authorize Spot On Pet Care to handle any emergencies that may arise. Spot On Pet Care
